Lucknow: Everyone is worried because of the incidents of increasing incidents day by day, while in the plow, a bus accident like Kannauj near the main intersection of the town on the last Monday i.e. 13 January 2020 was saved. A camouflaged tourist bus got caught fire due to the jammed brake shoe. But people stopped the bus by making noise, as soon as the passengers came to know, they started jumping down from the windows. The double-decker tourist bus from Shivpuri (Jhansi) went to Allahabad. She was returning from there on Monday night. There were about 95 passengers including women and children along with the driver-operator in the bus. Late around 9.45 pm, the bus reached the main intersection of Ghatampur town. Along with the traffic police present, some shopkeepers saw smoke gusts and fire sparks coming out of the rear wheels of the bus.

According to the sources, people watching this made noise and stopped the bus by pointing to the driver. Just after stopping, there was a smog of smoke. The passengers in the bus started jumping down through the windows in fear of any untoward and fire. Whereas, when many passengers sleeping on the seats above woke up in a hurry, they came down which caused minor injuries.

The passengers on the bus, Khera Shivpuri (Jhansi) resident Ramkishore Gupta told that he had gone to immerse his uncle's bones in Allahabad. But it is also being said that along with the wife there were a total of 10 members of the family. As soon as the bus stopped, after seeing the smoke, he felt that the bus had caught fire. Distressed by this, he broke the glass in the window of the wife and other family members and jumped down. Told that no one was hurt by chance.
