Lucknow: After passing from the Parliament of India, opposition to the CAA is being seen continuously. During the agitation on December 19 in the areas of Thakurganj, Kaiserbagh police station, arson, sabotage will be compensated by 16 miscreants. After the hearing held first in ADM City West and then in ADM TG Court, on Tuesday, the ADM TG Court issued the order of recovery while making a final settlement.

In his statement regarding this matter, ADM TG VB Mishra said that the cases of 10 accused are related to Thakurganj and six of Kaiserbagh police station area. The accused will have to deposit the amount in the Collectorate treasury by April 4. Failure to do so in fixed time will be done by attaching the immovable properties. During the violence against the Citizenship Amendment Act, before the ADM TG court blew up a police post in the Khadra area, 13 miscreants were convicted in the case of arson. Assuming the compensation of 21.76 lakhs incurred in the violence and the recovery of a sum of 69.95 lakhs from 24 accused from the court of ADM City East KP Singh, the notice has been issued.
