On the occasion of National Cinema Day it was announced that on September 16 wherein several cinemas would offer tickets for just Rs. 75. Recently Brahmastra was released in theatre the movie is doing well at the Box office and the price of the ticket is usually more than Rs. 150 or Rs. 200.  So if the ticket will be sold on 75 Rs then it will affect it’s Box office Business.

The Multiplex Association has announced a date change for the celebration of National Cinema Day. It will now be observed on September 23, instead of September 16. According to the statement, “The National Cinema Day was previously announced to be held on 16th September, however, on request from various stakeholders and in order to maximize participation, it would now be held on 23rd September.”
Brahmastra has earned Rs 150 crore in India in 5 days. However, this film is still far behind in recovering its cost as the budget of 'Brahmastra' is 410 crores. For this reason, the collection of Ayan Mukerji's film may be affected due to the offer of National Cinema Day. If the ticket will sold on 75 Rs then it will affect it’s Office Business. According to media reports, this is the reason why National Cinema Day will be celebrated a week later.

Brahmastra, helmed by Ayan Mukerji, was released in theatres on September 9 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. Apart from Mouni, the film features Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Nagarjuna. Shah Rukh, Deepika Padukone and other celebrities have cameo appearances in the film.
