Lucknow: Senior Congress leader Pawan Kheda, who is caught in the case of commenting on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court and appealed that all three cases registered against him be dismissed. On this appeal, the High Court has sought a response from the UP government and the complainants in all three cases. The next hearing in the matter will be held on May 6. Explain that, while accepting the petition of Pawan Kheda, the court said that when the Supreme Court itself has given him protection, we do not feel the need to give interim relief to Pawan Kheda for this. After getting the reply, we will take a decision on the matter.

Let us tell you that a complaint against Congress leader Pawan Kheda was lodged by UP's BJP MLA Mukesh Sharma. The second complaint was lodged by the BJP's Kashi region chief, Mahesh Chandra Srivastava. While the third case was registered against him in Assam. The complainant in that case is Hein Samuel. He is also a leader of the BJP. The Allahabad High Court has asked all three complainants to file separate replies.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee can get the JPC probe done, then Narendra Gautam Das can explain what the problem is with Narendra Damodardas.
