New Delhi: Former Union Minister and BJP leader Prakash Javadekar has cornered the Congress on the pretext of a quarrel between Captain Amarinder Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu. He has questioned the silence of Sonia Gandhi, Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi. Prakash Javadekar said Captain Amarinder Singh has made very serious allegations against Navjot Singh Sidhu. They have called them antinational.

After the same Pakistan war on the country, Sidhu visited Pakistan and met Pakistan Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa. The country already knew this. But yesterday Amarinder Singh insisted on this. Javadekar explained why Sonia, Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi are silent. This is a big allegation. So, we are demanding that the Congress should speak on this issue and clear its stand. He further said whether Congress will take cognizance of the matter and institute an inquiry against Navjot Singh Sidhu.

Captain Amarinder Singh had said that I know the boy (Sidhu). This is not the first time I am speaking. I had said last time also that when he went to Imran Khan's swearing-in ceremony. Jawans are being martyred in Kashmir. When Kartarpur went, he praised as much as no one has ever done here. Drones, drugs, etc., are coming from Pakistan every day. I will protest if the Congress makes Sidhu its face for the Punjab elections.''
