Today we are going to share with you the recipe of Carrot Pancake.
necessary ingredients :
250 gms oats flar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
180 ml (ml) almonds or soy milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 egg
120 carrots, grated
Method of making:
First, mix the dry ingredients (salt, oats flar, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger) together in a large mixing bowl. Now mix the grated carrots in a little different of the dry ingredients. Then bring your dry ingredients around the bowl so that you can add wet ingredients in the middle. Now add wet ingredients in the middle and mix the wet ingredients well, then after that mix the wet ingredients well with the dry ingredients. Then keep the batter aside for 15 minutes. Now heat the pan on medium flame and add coconut oil to it. Then add a ladle of pancake batter to your pan and cook for a few minutes, until bubbles form on it, then gently lift the sides of your pancake and flip it over. You can see golden brown marks on it, cook the pancake for another few minutes. Finally, serve it with maple syrup and cream cheese on the side.
