Santkbir Nagar: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Rakesh Singh Baghel, who has made a fake report of Corona to avoid appearance in court, is caught in trouble. The court has ordered to file a case against MLA Rakesh Singh from Mehdawal. The MLA, together with the (Chief Medical Officer) CMO, made a fake report and presented it in the court.

Special Judge of MP / MLA Court Deepakant Mani has ordered Kotwali Khalilabad to file a case against Rakesh Singh and CMO doctor Har Govind Singh under the Disaster Management Act. It is noteworthy that in the year 2010, a case was registered against the BJP MLA in the Public Property Damage Prevention Act and other serious sections in the Bakhira police station. Since then, this matter is going on in court. The accused MLAs have not appeared in the court for the last four years. Due to not presenting, the proceedings of the case were not proceeding. This time too, he had adopted a new manoeuvre to avoid the case.

The court ordered the MLA to appear in person, but his lawyer gave an application on 9 October regarding corona infection. In the report, the MLA was also asked to stay in home isolation.
