Lucknow: Vikas Yadav is a former Samajwadi Party (SP) general secretary in Uttar Pradesh's Bhadohi. A video of him is going viral on social media, in which he has made derogatory remarks about Mata Sita and Nishadraj. After this, seeing the protests increasing, the SP leader did not take long to apologise. He promised that he would not do such a thing anymore.

Someone recorded his statement on camera and put it on social media. On Monday, when Vikas Yadav saw his statement being opposed to the one that went viral on social media, he said that the word had gone out of his mistake. There will be no such mistake again. He also succeeded that his intention was not to hurt anyone's feelings. While presenting the clarification, Yadav claimed that he himself believes in God and believes in Him.

Even though Vikas Yadav has apologised for his derogatory remarks, his difficulties have not diminished. Gyanpur MLA Vipul Dubey of Nishadraj Party has written a letter to Superintendent of Police Dr Anil Kumar complaining about it. Vipul Dubey said that the mindset of the SP leader has become corrupt. According to the Superintendent of Police, a case is being registered at Gyanpur Kotwali in the case. Necessary action will be taken after an investigation of the matter.
