Gwalior: A dispute broke out between Congress MLA Satish Singh Sikarwar and independent candidate Girish Mishra at Hindu dharma mandir due to polling in Gwalior municipal body elections in Madhya Pradesh. MLA Sikarwar has accused the other side of assault. Independent candidate Girish Mishra has lodged a case against Congress MLA Satish Sikarwar, his brother and guard at Inderganj police station.

After the same case was registered, MLA Satish Sikarwar along with hundreds of his supporters reached the Inderganj police station where the commotion continued for a long time. After this, the MLA and his supporters jammed at the intersection itself. After which the police officials reached the spot in hurry, and then the matter calmed down.

The same MLA Satish Sikarwar says that the independent candidate has misbehaved with him and his guard. He also tried to snatch the guard's gun, but the police registered a case on the complaint of the independent candidate. At the same time, the police have now registered an FIR against independent candidate Girish Mishra and his associates on the application of MLA Satish Sikarwar's guard.
