Hollywood actor Casey Afflick received the Best Actor award at the Oscar award ceremony held in LA. 

The actor stated: "It maybe seems hard from the outside but Ben Affleck (his brother) had a pretty good time and I've had a weird life. I've been out here since I was 17-years-old and so I've gotten to know lots of actors who have had a lot of success and some failures and some hard times and some success again." 

Casey missed thanking his kids in his speech, to which he said, "I didn't thank my children, which is something that I'll probably never ever live down. About three seconds after I made it backstage, my phone rang and my son said, 'You didn't even mention us.' And my heart just sank. So, you know, that probably would have been the most meaningful thing I could have said and I failed."
