New Delhi: Amidst the ongoing caste census debate in the country, a person has made an important petition in the Supreme Court. The petitioner has demanded from the court that the certificate of casteless Hindu should be given to him. The court should issue guidelines to the governments to issue such a certificate. Presenting doctor, this person has prayed to the court that he does not want to show his caste identity. The petitioner has said that there are many people like him, who do not believe in the rank of caste. He has demanded from the court that the court should direct the government to provide such people a casteless Hindu certificate.

This person has demanded from the court that it should direct the state and central governments to develop a method so that many people like him who do not believe in the caste system, such people are recognized by the government as Hindus. Give to those who have no caste. Advocates Sophia Bhamri and Anil Chadha are advocating the case of this person named Deepak Danyaneshwar Halwar. These lawyers said that the government is not doing anything for those people who want to give up their caste but want to maintain their identity as Hindu.

Lawyers said that such a policy will bring positive change in the society and it will serve to encourage such people who want to leave their caste but want to maintain their religious identity. The petitioner belongs to extremely backward caste. He says that he wants to break the caste barrier and set an example for other people. This person says that he is an educated person and a doctor by profession and he does not need a caste certificate to show his personality. The person said that there should be such a rule that he can declare himself beyond caste, even after that he can remain a Hindu.
