If you are fond of eating kachori, then today we are going to tell you a recipe that you are going to like very much and you will enjoy eating it.   

Material for making cabbage kachoris-
400 g flour
– 250 grams of milk
– Oil for frying

Material for filling-
– 400 grams of cauliflower grated
– 2 green chilies finely chopped
– 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
– 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
– 1/2 tsp amchur powder
– Salt to taste


How to make cabbage kachoris - First of all, wash the cauliflower and dry it and grate it. Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, green chillies, coriander powder, Kasuri methi and amchur powder and mix well and keep it for filling. After this, filter the dough on a plate and put the milk and add a little water as per the need and knead the medium dough. Now make a dough of kneaded flour and keep it. After this, make a dough a little round and fill it with a little cauliflower mixture and close the mouth of each dough. Now take the loaded dough like a round full bell. After this, put the whole of the belly in hot oil and fry it. Finally, remove the fried puri on the tissue paper and keep it and eat it with chutney.
