Nowadays people keep fasts like Monday, Ekadashi every month. In such a situation, one has to eat the same sago or fried potatoes every day. If you also eat the same thing, then today we have brought something different. You can make raw banana Tikki during fasting. It looks very tasty.

Ingredients for making Raw Banana Tikki-
Raw Bananas 5-6 Medium
green chilli 4
Rock salt 1¼ tsp / as per taste
Chopped coriander 2-3 tbsp
Ghee/oil for frying

Method of making Raw Banana Tikki - Wash the raw banana and cut it into two pieces from the middle. Now boil the bananas till they melt. You can boil bananas in a pressure cooker with one whistle. Let the boiled bananas cool down a bit. Now remove the stalk of green chilli and wash it well and chop it finely. After that peel the boiled banana. Now mash it well. After this, take mashed banana, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander, and salt in a bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Now divide this mixture into 16 equal parts and then shape it like a Tikki. After this, you keep the banana Tikkis in the fridge for 10 minutes, by doing this the Tikkis do not burst while roasting. By the way, you can bake or fry these Tikkis. For roasting, heat the pan and grease the pan with a little ghee, now roast the Tikkis till they turn red from both sides. If you want to fry, then heat ghee/oil in a pan. When the ghee becomes hot, then fry the banana Tikkis in hot ghee on medium to high flame till it turns red. Now take out the fried banana Tikkis on kitchen paper and enjoy.
