Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim convicted of rape has been sentenced to 20 years by a special CBI court. The Court has made the very strict comment on Gurmeet in his decision. The court said that the girls who worshiped Gurmeet Ram Rahim as God, he made abusive things with them.

Judge Jagdeep Singh of CBI Court, in his decision, considered the charges against Gurmeet as very serious. The court said that the guilty has behaved like a wild animal with his followers, so he is not entitled to mercy.

The court said, "The culprit sexually exploited those Sadhvi who treated him like a father and worshiped like God. By doing so, the guilty have broken their trust and physically-psychologically exploited them. The victims used to live in Dera under the patronage of Ram Rahim, where they were interfered with. In such a situation, it is not less than a custodial rape.

Rarest of a rare case:

The court has considered this case as the Rarest of rare case. The court admitted, "The guilty presented himself as God and misused his power and raped innocent girls. Its impact will be on the entire society. In this case, the case falls under the category of the case of the Rarest of rare case. For which the culprit is entitled to maximum punishment."
