CBSE to offer "Post-Result Annual Psychological Counselling" from May 13

New Delhi:: The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) will start offering post-result counselling services to students and parents on May 13 in order to help them deal with frequent psychological issues associated to exams and results.

In a news release, the CBSE stated that for the past 25 years, the Board has offered counselling services to students and parents to help them deal with common psychological issues associated with exams and results.

It further stated that the Board's post-result counselling service would begin on May 13 and run until May 27 following the announcement of the CBSE test results.

"With the release of the CBSE results, the Board will begin "post-result annual psychological Counselling" today, May 13, and run through May 27. In order to help students and parents deal with frequent psychological issues associated to exams and results in two phases, CBSE has been offering counselling services for the past 25 years.

In the first stage, parents and students would both receive counselling to help them deal with common psychological issues associated to tests and results. In the second stage, a Tele-Helpline with professionals from diverse educational backgrounds was made available for Tele-counselling.
