Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat said that whatever budget has been given to us will be used properly and the forces are ready for any operational task in fighting Covid 19.

In his statement he said, "I am very happy to tell you that all our people have downloaded the Arogya Setu App. We will be able to ensure that the coronavirus is not spread. We have to ensure that we are safe, because if our soldiers, sailors and airmen are affected by this virus, how will we protect our people."
