Bhopal: Air Force Group Captain Varun Singh's last rites performed at Bhopal today.  Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan saluted the captain. He also interacted with the captain's family. Captain Varun was given a final farewell with military honours. The mortal remains were taken from the military hospital at the Army's 3-EME Centre to The Rest Ghat at Bairagarh as much as possible today. Varun's mortal remains were kept in an army truck decorated with flowers here.

During this time, people should be immortal all the way to Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Varun Singh. They continued to shout slogans. The mortal remains of Group Captain Varun Singh were brought to Bhopal on Thursday by an Army plane. After that, ministers and MLAs of the Madhya Pradesh government paid homage to the Captain. The mortal remains were taken to his house in Sun City Colony in Bhopal in an army vehicle. Here Varun Singh's mother put her hand on her daughter-in-law's shoulder and said, 'You are the eldest heroine, the brave daughter.'

The mortal remains were later kept in the mortuary house at the military hospital. You must be aware that Varun Singh, who was injured in the helicopter crash of CDS Bipin Rawat in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu on December 8, passed away on Wednesday. Varun was hospitalized in Bengaluru for 7 days. Group captain Varun lost his life after fighting death for 7 days.
