New Delhi: The corona vaccination campaign begins in India today and the country's health workers will be vaccinated first. Meanwhile, the health ministry has advised the beneficiaries to rest at least half an hour after vaccination. Three places have been constructed at vaccination centers, for waiting, vaccination, and observation. Since the vaccine is taken up, the beneficiary is advised not to leave the site immediately but to stay on the vaccination site for monitoring.
It is mandatory to follow all corona rules such as wearing masks and maintaining social distance at vaccination centers. The central government has already clarified the physical, age, physician conditions required for vaccination. Vaccination and officers have also been trained as to how to deal with any adverse event after vaccination.
The ministry has listed that the covishield, Oxford Astrazena vaccine can cause tenderness and pain in some body parts with headaches, fatigue, chills, and arthralgia in the body after the vaccine is made locally by the Serum Institute of India. There may also be difficulties like nausea. Paracetamol can be used if such problems occur.
