The chairman of Tata Sons group Natarajan Chandrasekaran will hold the post of chairman of Tata Consultancy Services, from today. Natarajan will be heading both the groups- TCS and Tata Sons.

As per the reports, he had taken the position of the chairman of TCS group today. While V Ramakrishnan will hold the post of CEO and MD (Managing Director) of the company.

As per the reports, BSE filing states, "TCS has received a letter from Tata Sons, in exercise of the powers under Article 90 of the Articles of Association of the Company, nominating N Chandrasekaran as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company in place of Ishaat Hussain, with effect from February 21, 2017."
