After this, the lander will start its journey towards the moon. It has to land on the lunar surface on 7 September. On July 22, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) sent Chandrayaan-2 in space.

Sources said that Vikram Lander will now be separated from Chandrayaan-2 orbiter between 12:45 pm and 01:45 pm on Monday.
