Raipur: A man named Shahre Alam raped a cow in Chhattisgarh's Raipur. The accused was raping the cow by tying her four legs in a room. During this time, people caught Shahre Alam and handed him over to the police. The incident took place on July 10, 2022 (Sunday). The arrested accused is originally a resident of Prayagraj. She wrote in her tweet, "Cruel Shahre Alam, who was caught raping the four legs of Gau Mata. A shameful incident in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In the video, the accused is seen with folded hands and apologizing to the people.'' During the incident, he was simply wearing underwear. In the video, he was also confessing to doing wrong things with the cow by 'seducing' in front of people. At the same time, in the video, a cow is seen tied up next to it. A person named Om Prakash has lodged a complaint in this regard.
According to the complaint, "The incident took place around 3:15 am on Saturday-Sunday morning. A man was raping Gaumata inside a house near Satnam Chowk in Raipur. We tried to catch him with some people, so he started running away. When he was caught running, he turned out to be Shahre Alam, a resident of Allahabad, whose father's name is Usman Khan. While running, he fell down, which hurt him.''
According to the FIR registered in the case, the accused is around 20 years old. He works as a driver in Transport Nagar, Durga Chowk in Raipur. A crowd of people had gathered at the spot demanding action against the accused. The Khamatrai police station of Raipur has registered a case against Shahre Alam under Section 377 IPC of unnatural rape and Section 11(1)d of the 'Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act' on this complaint and arrested him.
