Korea: This year Holi is coming on 10 March i.e. Tuesday. Where on this day the whole country will be celebrating Holi with great pomp, there is such a village where on this day people of an entire village will be busy in their work. These people will not play colors or celebrations of any kind on Holi.

This village comes under the Koriya district of Chhattisgarh. The name of the village is Amarpur. Actually, the people of this village believe that celebrating Holi will make the village untouchable. Due to which people start getting sick. Therefore, these people do not celebrate this festival on the day of Holi. Rather, we play Holi five days before Holi. Behind this, the villagers say something special. They say their ancestors started this practice. Which they continue to adopt till today.

His ancestors had told that time had come that the phase of dying of cattle had started in this village. There was an epidemic spread in the village. This caused cattle and people to fall ill. Many people died. At that time a Baiga came in this village. He told the people of the village that all the villagers should start celebrating every festival five days in advance. By doing this, the chain of deaths will stop. People started celebrating that festival five days ago by obeying the Baiga. After which the pandemonium of the pandemic started decreasing. That is why this year, the festival of Holi has been celebrated five days ago. The whole village celebrated Holi with great pomp on Friday.
