Mumbai: A special CBI court in Mumbai has sentenced underworld don, Chhota Rajan, to 10 years in prison for attempted murder. In fact, in the year 2013, a bookie Ajay Gosalia was sentenced to 10 years by the court for his death by Chhota Rajan. The case is being heard last Tuesday. According to reports, the international criminal named Chhota Rajan was found guilty of co-accused and has been sentenced to 10 years in jail. According to reports, Chhota Rajan has also been fined Rs 5 lakh.

Talking about the deceased, he was 52 years old Ajay Gosalia alias Unicorn first a bouquet but later he became a builder. On August 28, 2013, three people shot him and the attack occurred when he was exiting the Infiniti Mall in Malad (west). After the attack, the CBI alleged that the firing was ordered by Chhota Rajan. Ajay Goslia suffered serious injuries in the attack and survived.

Thereafter, in view of the case, an FIR was lodged against unidentified persons under section 307, 12b, Section 3, 25 of the Arms Act of IPC at Bangur Nagar police station on 28th August 2013. Shortly thereafter, the case was transferred to DCB CID. In this case, 3 accused were Prakash Nikam, Satish Kalia, and Chhota Rajan. Also, Chhota Rajan has already been sentenced to life imprisonment in the journalist J. Dey massacre.
