Agra: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, through video conferencing, ordered "Agra Commissioner Anil Kumar and collector Prabhu N Singh not to delay the Metro and airport projects. If there is any difficulty, inform the authorities immediately. It will be discussed with the central government if required. Create coordination committees to solve the drinking water problem".

He further said that "It should include additional public representatives of Agra Development Authority, housing development, Municipal Corporation". At the same time, CM Yogi asked the officers of Agra not to take any laxity in the work of drinking water and sewer lines. All the work should be completed as soon as possible. The first task is to build a yard on Fatehabad Road. It has not been started. The land of PAC has been identified for this. The PAC will be shifted".

The boundary wall of the airport has also not been completed. To get clearance and permission the authorities will appeal in the Supreme Court. Now the administration will be lobbying in the Supreme Court to address these problems. The Yogi government had changed the name of Agra airport before the Mughal museum. On 17th April 2017, it was renamed as Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Airport. The fourth museum being built at a distance of 1300 metres from the Taj Mahal will be the most unique. At the same time, the Government has given strict instructions to complete all the works soon.
