New Delhi: The Indian Army has issued a statement on the news of firing on the Line of Actual Control (LAC). The Army says that the Indian Army has not fired on the Line of Actual Control nor violated the LAC. China is constantly taking provocative action. The Chinese army violated the ceasefire agreement and carried out several rounds of aerial firing. The Chinese army tried to come towards the Indian post.

Significantly, in Ladakh, the forces of India and China have come face to face. The people of the border villages are also standing openly with the army amidst the ongoing escalation on the Line of Actual Control (LAC). The army has increased deployment on the high hills near Pangong Lake. The common people helped the army without any remuneration. People helped in transporting military equipment in an inaccessible area.

On the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Ladakh, the Indian Army has increased its deployment to several important peaks. The way to reach these inaccessible mountains is extremely difficult. To reach there one has to travel on foot. In such a situation, it is not less than a challenge to deliver military material. In such a situation, people from the villages near the border have come forward. Rural people are helping to deliver military equipment.
