China showing military strength to Vietnam in South China sea

China is creating a deadlock from many countries. The effect of which is being seen from Hong Kong to Vietnam. Vietnam has strongly opposed the military exercises of China in the South China Sea. It has been said from its side that this military exercise is harmful to the ASEAN countries. Apart from Vietnam, the Philippines has also opposed China and warned that such action will spread the feeling of insecurity in South East Asian countries.

These things were said during a conference on behalf of the Philippines. Amid concerns that China is using the coronavirus epidemic cover to increase its activity in disputed waterways. China has started a five-day military exercise in the South China Sea from Wednesday. This practice is being done near Paracel Island. 

It has been said on behalf of Vietnam's Foreign Ministry that the military practice being done by China is a serious violation of Vietnam's sovereignty. Ministry spokesperson Lee Thu Thung said that such military exercises would worsen the situation which would be dangerous for all. Vietnam has expressed its opposition to China by adopting a diplomatic method to stop this practice. Thung said that we have asked China not to do this. The US has also appealed to China to avoid such military exercises and stop it. It has been said from the US that this step taken by the Chinese side in the South China Sea is like forcing horns.
