New Delhi: The Chinese army has opened fire on the Actual Line of Control (LAC). The firing took off at the Indian checkpoint in the night yesterday. The Indian Army also gave a befitting reply to China. According to information received from sources, the situation is currently under control. The firing took place at Shepao mountain tops in the southern part of the Pangong Lake, where India has come in a very strong position from the Strategic Perspective and that is what China is doing.
Yesterday, the Chinese army opened fire and tried unsuccessfully to capture the Shepao Mountain tops. Indian troops gave a befitting reply to China. The troops warned China by firing counter-firing and promptly stopping Chinese troops heading to their posts. The Indian soldiers fired several bullets. The Chinese troops stopped their steps as soon as the Indian side opened fire.
The Indian army was vigilant since the blacktop and helmet top was occupied, while the Chinese army was repeatedly trying to move towards these two peaks. The firing incident was also the result of the same attempt.
