Lucknow: Lok Janshakti Party has decided to field candidates in all the seats in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. The party will fight this election on its own without any alliance. The announcement was made by LJP President Chirag Paswan. We will not form any alliance with any political party in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, he added.

In a tweet from the LJP, it said, "In the meeting held yesterday on Uttar Pradesh elections, the LJP UP state president, executive member, district president, and activist colleagues made their suggestions. In view of these suggestions, the LJP has decided to contest the upcoming UP elections alone in the upcoming UP elections.'' State that the UP assembly elections are proposed in the next year. All political parties are vigorously preparing their ground for this. Meanwhile, LJP chief Chirag Paswan has also announced his candidacy in the election.

LJP MP Chirag Paswan had already hinted at contesting the UP elections. He had said in a statement about this election that the organization is preparing at every panchayat, every booth. He said that we would like us to register our presence in the future and contest elections. I have many programs in the coming days, but the final decision will be taken by the state unit.
