New Delhi: Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee had to wait for 2 hours in a virtual meeting with PM Narendra Modi. So she has expressed her displeasure. A virtual meeting of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' was called on Wednesday. During this, she was not even given an opportunity to speak. Rather, she was made to wait for two hours.

According to the report, in the virtual meeting held under the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav', the TMC supremo was not allowed to speak only because her name was not in the list of speakers. After this TMC supremo, Mamta Banerjee has expressed displeasure. According to the report, Chief Ministers of other states were also present in the meeting chaired by PM Modi. The state administration is also hurt after this incident with the Bengal CM in Wednesday's meeting. The Bengal administration says that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had attended the meeting. During this first, she was asked to wait for about two hours. After that, she was not given a chance to speak.

Earlier in May this year, after the assembly elections in West Bengal, PM Narendra Modi had gone to review the damage caused by the storm, but in that meeting, Chief Minister Mamta had arrived late by about 30 minutes. After coming late to the meeting, she reported the damage and immediately left the meeting saying that she had to go to other meetings.
