Tollywood mega star Chiranjeevi is going to play a major role in the upcoming Telugu film, which is the remake of Kollywood blockbuster 'Vetalam' and 'Billa' fame Meher Ramesh is on board to direct the film. Anil Sunkara will produce veda remake on ak Entertainments banner with the support of Konidela Productions.

Now, according to the latest update, the makers of KGF fame stunt duo Anbu and Arivu have surrounded the makers for the Veda's remake, in which megastar Chiranjeevi plays a major role. Chiranjeevi recently confirmed that he will act in the Telugu remake of Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer, directed by VV Vinayak. Megastar Chiranjeevi first heard that the project was being stopped for some time for the Telugu remake of Veda.


But the remake of Vedalam was originally planned to be built with power star Pawan Kalyan a few years ago. Finally, Pawan Kalyan starred in the Telugu remake of Katamarayudu, directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani.
