Lucknow: The Congress has announced two candidates for the uttar pradesh assembly by-election, the country's largest state. The Congress has put bets on former MP Begum Noor Bannu's grandson Hamza Khan from the rider seat of Rampur City. Hamza's grandmother and grandfather have been MPs from Rampur and his father, Kamjim Ali MLA.

For your information, let us tell you that there are bye-elections to eight assembly constituencies in Uttar Pradesh which may be announced on September 28. The Congress, Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party are all candidates in these seats and are being seen as semi-finals for the 2022 assembly election. At the same time, the political turmoil in the state has become very fast.

On the other hand, five more deaths have been reported from COVID-19 in Kanpur city of the state and 155 new people have been found corona infected. The infection of COVID-19 for three-four days is indicating stagnation in the speed of dispersion. The three patients who died have only severe symptoms of the corona. The figure of COVID-19 infected dying patients has gone up to 638. The total infected are 24366. Of these, 19 thousand 637 have been cured. Active cases are 4091. The number of deaths and infections from COVID-19 is decreasing. The three-four-day situation indicates stagnation in the spread of infection.
