Cocoa Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Drinking Chocolate - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Maida - 3 tsp
Butter - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk Powder (unsweetened) - 1/5 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Grated chocolate - 4 tablespoons
Oil or ghee for frying
Method of preparation: In a pan, add sugar and 2 cups of water and boil it well. Then add cardamom powder to it and mix. Your sugar syrup is ready, keep it aside. Combine milk powder, maida, chocolate powder, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well. Now start kneading the flour of this mixture using a little water and ghee. Divide the dough into equal parts and make a round ball. Open the ball from the center and add a little grated chocolate to this hole. Then close it well and make balls again. In a pan, add oil or ghee for frying and fry these balls. When they fry well, add it to the syrup. Soak the balls in sugar syrup for 2 to 3 hours. Your chocolate gulab jamun is ready, serve it hot.
