CJI refuses to give bail to gangster amid Vikas Dubey case

New Delhi: After the case of Gangster Vikas Dubey, the Supreme Court has become very strict. This is the reason why the apex court on Tuesday refused to grant bail to a gangster. There are 13 criminal cases registered on this gangster. The apex court has refused to grant bail citing Vikas Dubey. During the hearing, Chief Justice of the country (CJI) SA Bobde said that you are a dangerous person. We cannot leave you on bail. See what happened in the second case.

Referring to Vikas Dubey, CJI said that a gangster was granted bail even after 64 criminal cases were filed. The brunt of this is the entire Uttar Pradesh is suffering today. CJI SA Bobbar said that there is a risk in releasing such a person, against whom many criminal cases have been filed. The CJI also mentioned the release of Vikas Dubey on bail in all cases. The apex court, citing Vikas Dubey's case, flatly refused to release the petitioner on bail.

During the hearing of Vikas Dubey encounter case, the top court had made a comment. The court had said that we are surprised by how the wanted criminal was released on bail in so many cases and he committed such a big crime.
