New Delhi: An alert has been issued across the country regarding the coronavirus. Sharad Arvind Bobde, the CJI of the apex court, will decide on Friday whether or not to extend the leave of the top court in view of the rising malaise of the Coronavirus. The Chief Justice will also decide if the holidays are not extended, then the work of the Supreme Court should be reduced so that at least people come to court.

Chief Justice Bobade, Justice Arun Mishra and Justice Lalit held a meeting with Attorney General KK Venugopal, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, Health Ministry officials and Secretary of SCBA for the growing cases of Coronavirus. The Supreme Court is open from Monday after the Holi holidays. Now on Friday, it will be decided on whether to cancel the holiday or not.

A total of 74 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the country. A 76-year-old patient has died in Kalburgi, Karnataka. The patient came from Saudi Arabia. This is the first death in the country from Corona. There is a lot of caution in the country about the Coronavirus. On Wednesday, the central government has canceled the visa issued to all countries. Visas are canceled till 15 April.
