New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) president Arvind Kejriwal has called Manoj Tiwari as "naachne wala". He further said that Tiwari is a good dancer but AAP’s Dilip Pandey cannot dance that’s why people should vote for him as he will definitely work for the development of the constituency. Addressing the people during the roadshow, Kejriwal said that Manoj Tiwari has been missing from the last five years and slammed him for ignoring the needs of the people of North-East Delhi.

“All these five years you were never able to meet him (Manoj Tiwari). He did not give a single school to this area. Roads have not been built and there is no arrangement for a pension for the elderly people. When you go to cast your ballot just remember to give the vote to a person who can work for you. Dilip Pandey will not be able to dance for you but will definitely work for your area,” he said.
He further said that if people come to meet Dilip Pandey at 2:00 AM, he will be ready to help you. “Manoj Tiwari will be roaming all over the country but Dilip Pandey will always be with you. Tiwari is seeking votes in the name of PM Modi, but he is not seeking votes for his work,” said Kejriwal and assured people that if AAP wins then his party will ensure that sealing is stopped.
In the meantime, Anil Bajpai, the AAP lawmaker from the Gandhi Nagar joined the Saffron Party in the presence of Union Minister Vijay Goel. This comes after Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia alleged that seven lawmakers had been offered Rs 10 crores by the Bhartiya Janta Party to switch party.
Bajpai, however, claimed that he was hurt by the lack of respect and the fact that the party has detracted from its original path. Delhi will vote on May 12 and results will be declared on May 23.
