Jaipur: Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has said that corruption will not stop till the funding of political parties with the black money will be stopped. It is meaningless to hope to end corruption by those who form the government by winning elections with number two rupees and black money. Ashok Gehlot made this statement during the inauguration of the new building of the Rajasthan High Court in the presence of President Ram Nath Kovind, CJI SA Bobde, Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, besides the apex court and the High Court judge.
During this time, Gehlot has described electoral bonds as a 'big scam'. CM Gehlot has said that all the parties of the country contest elections with black money and this is how governments are formed, how will corruption be eliminated in such a situation. He further said, 'I have been in politics for 45 years and watching all this, so no one can tell more about this than me.'
On the occasion of the inauguration of the new building of Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur on Saturday, CM Ashok Gehlot, while attacking the corruption, said, 'I am not saying this for any particular party. All political parties receive donations from black money, whether in the form of bonds or donations.
