At an altitude of about 2000 feet on the Trikuta hill in Jharkhand, 33 lives are swinging for life and death. In fact, at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, several trolleys of the Trikut ropeway collided with each other. Due to this, people got stuck there and according to the information received, 3 people have died in this incident so far. At the same time, army helicopters have been deployed since Monday morning in the ongoing rescue operation since late night.

Amidst all this, the statement of the Cm of Jharkhand has come. He has put out a tweet and in this tweet, he writes- "The administration, army and NDRF team are working with utmost sincerity to rescue the people trapped in the Deoghar Trikut ropeway accident. I am constantly monitoring the situation. Soon all will be evacuated. However, at the moment, the CM is being targeted by many people.'' A crowd of hundreds of people has gathered near the spot. The NDRF team had launched a rescue operation on Sunday night and rescued about two dozen people safely. However, due to the night, the operation had to be stopped.

But since Monday morning, army helicopters have been engaged in evacuating people trapped in the trolleys. Biscuits and water packets have been delivered to these people through an empty trolley. Local MP Nishikant Dubey, Deputy Commissioner of the district Manjunath Bhajantri and several other senior officials are present at the spot. The entire incident took place at around 5 pm on Sunday evening when a ropeway wire broke on the Trikuta mountain in Deoghar. The woman who died due to the accident has been identified as 40-year-old Woman Sumati Devi, a resident of Sura village.

Bhupendra Verma and his wife Deepa Verma, a resident of Kokrajhar in Assam, Rupa Kumari, a resident of Karmatand in Jamtara district, Soni Devi, Govind Bhagat, a resident of Karmatand in Giridih, Khushboo Rani, Sudha Rani, residents of Lahariyasarai under Darbhanga in Bihar and a child were injured. The condition of a woman with an unidentified boy is said to be critical among the injured.
