Patna: Omicron, a new variant of corona infection, has also become a leader in Bihar. A person who returned from Delhi to Patna has been found infected with Omicron on Thursday. After that, on Friday, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has said that people need to be alert. An important meeting will be held on Friday evening regarding the increasing corona cases in the state.

The same Dr. Suresh Kumar, MD of LNJP Hospital in Delhi has reported that so far 360 patients of corona have come to the hospital. Omicron has been detected in 110 of these patients. While 89 patients have been discharged from the hospital after recovery. Everyone's condition is stable. None of the patients needed to be admitted to the ICU as their oxygen level was better.

The same corona infection is spreading very fast in India. The cases of Omicron, a new variant of corona infection, are also increasing continuously. A total of 3,48,38,804 cases of corona have been registered in the country so far. So far 4,80,860 people have died in the country from Corona. A total of 1,270 cases of Omicron have been registered in India till the morning of 31 December. The figure of active corona cases is 91,361. The total number of vaccinations in the country has crossed the number of 144.54 crore doses. Right now the recovery rate is 98.36 percent. The weekly activism rate is 0.89 percent. It is less than 1 per cent for the last 47 days.
