Bhopal: Many great revolutionaries gave their lives to give freedom to our country. There have been many freedom fighters whose contributions we cannot forget. Everyone has been remembered on some occasions or the other. The same list includes the great freedom fighter Surya Sen 'Master Da.' Today is the birth anniversary of 'Master Da' and on this occasion, the state Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has saluted the category of remembrance. He has tweeted through his Twitter account and wrote about it. You can see the tweet, he wrote, "He always used to say, This is my dream, a golden dream-a dream of independent India."

 

 

I salute the great freedom fighter, Surya Sen 'Master Da,' who had successfully led the Chattogram  Rebellion, on his birth anniversary. Your actions will continue to inspire future generations to uplift the nation. At the same time, many other politicians have saluted 'Master da.' Master Da, popularly known as the great freedom fighter and he was the great revolutionary of India's freedom struggle.

He established the Indian Republican Army and also led the Chattogram rebellion successfully. He was working as a senior graduate teacher in the National High School and people affectionately called him "Master da." That is why his name went to 'Master Da.' it is going to say that the British hanged him in The Medinipur jail on January 12, 1934.
