Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan's wife Sadhna Singh has separated herself from her son Kunal Singh Chouhan's company M/S Sunder Foods and Dairy. The company was incorporated in January 2017 dealing with Dairy Products. Sundar Foods & Dairy manufactures dairy products under the brand name Sudhamrit. The name of the mother of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan is Sunder Bai Chouhan. Sadhna Singh was the Founder Partner in M/S Sunder Foods & Dairy. On her behalf, advocate Mehul Bhardwaj has published a general notice in the newspaper. It has been written that Sadhna Singh is voluntarily separating from this firm. In this context, from January 1, 2023, the profit-loss ratio and salary of the other partners of the firm have also changed.
Although it is not clear why she has separated herself from the firm. While her younger son Kunal Singh Chauhan is the Managing Partner of the company. As per reports, the firm has now roped in a professional large partner for expansion. That's why Sadhna Singh has parted ways with the company. In the published information, Sadhna Singh has been described as a resident of Betwa Ware House Complex, Village Base Khambaba, Tehsil Vidisha. The head office of the company is at E-3 Arera Colony, Bhopal.
The production and sale of Sudhamrit packaged milk started in 2017 with the tagline 'Doodh Ka Dhula Doodh'. It started from CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan's farm house in Vidisha and later the company expanded to other cities of the state as well. In the last 6 years, the company has started a new and bigger plant at Dewas. After this, preparations are on to set up a plant in Rajgarh as well. The name of the company which started as Sunder Dairy has also changed. Along with the company milk, now other food products like Ghee, Paneer, Lassi, Curd, and water are also being sold. Hence the name of the company has become Sunder Foods and Dairy Products. Before venturing into the dairy business, Kartikeya, the elder son of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, had also opened a flower shop in Bhopal's Bittan Market. The flowers grown in his farm house in Vidisha were sold in this shop. Sundar Dairy also started from CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan's farmhouse in Vidisha.
