Lucknow: The peak of the second wave of corona virus in Uttar Pradesh is now coming to an end. The number of new cases in the state has declined over the past few days. Meanwhile, black fungus disease has raised concerns, with state CM Yogi Adityanath giving important instructions to officials in the wake of the crisis.

CM Yogi has said that black fungus cases are on the rise in the post-corona stage, in which case, as advised by experts, the state government is providing proper medical treatment to all patients. Now, as per the directions of the Central Government in UP, black fungus should also be declared as a 'notified disease' on the lines of covid. CM Yogi has asked for adequate availability of its medicine. Black fungus cases have been reported in many cities of UP, raising concerns amid the corona crisis.

Apart from this, a big initiative has now been launched by the UP government for rural areas. People in the mission of vaccination in rural areas were facing problems in registration. But now the UP government has decided that residents of rural areas can register with the nearest Public Service Centre.
