The world's leading IT company Cognizant Company is having a lot of stir in the past, Now,  around13 thousand employee of the company may lost their job. This may be seen in the coming months. Apart from this, the company can also say goodbye to its content moderation business. This can also have a bad effect in India, as most of the employees of the Cognizant Company are Indians. They may have to face this problem

These employees will be affected

 The company based in New Jersey headquarters of the US has said that it is going to show to sack 12 thousand employees of middle and senior level. Out of this, a total of five thousand employees will be re-trained and after this they will be hired. This will reduce the total to seven thousand people, which is just two per cent of the total employees of the company. With this, the number of Indians in these employees can also be decreased.

Six thousand people will leave from here - the company has announced that it will also come out of the business of content moderation. A total of six thousand people work in this business all over the world. Facebook is the biggest client of the company's business. Cognizant's move could also impact its business in the communications, media and technology segments. It may take around one to two years to complete all this procedure.
