Indore: Harinarayanchari Mishra took charge after becoming the first Commissioner of Indore last Friday after the police commissioner system was introduced in Madhya Pradesh. He then interacted with the media. Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Mishra said, "The police will work only to take strict action against criminals with internal security and to create better law and order. The main objective of the police action will be to be afraid of the goons and the general public should consider themselves completely safe. More responsibility has come to the police after the system came into force. Women, children and the elderly will work for safety and respect in the priority of the police.
At the same time, the police will make all possible efforts to ensure that justice is easily done to the common man. The police will work towards improving law and order by harmonizing with other departments. Let me tell you that the biggest challenge after the commissioner system came into force is the lack of police force. In this regard, the Commissioner said, "Once a new system is found, all necessary resources will be gradually mobilized. The new officers will be given guidelines to establish better arrangements to work under those resources so that work is done towards better law and order in the city. The commissioner system for crime control will be implemented with full force. Whatever challenge we face will be dealt with. '
Let me tell you that Harinarayanachari Mishra has worked as DIG and IG in the city. Yes and he knows a lot about Indore. He knows how to crack down on criminals and strict action has been taken against the land mafia along with goonda miscreants under the Police Operation Crime Control to crack down on them.
