Patna: The dispute between the BJP and the JDU in Bihar's Begusarai continues to grow. Two former JDU MLAs protested by burning an effigy of Union Minister Giriraj Singh at the collector's office. JDU leaders alleged that Union Minister Giriraj Singh had raked up the Hindu-Muslim issue in Rajoda without any reason. JDU leaders said Giriraj Singh also questioned Nitish Kumar's good governance, this is not correct from anywhere.

JDU leaders said, "If Giriraj Singh continues to question Nitish Kumar's good governance, then the JDU will not only oppose Giriraj Singh but will also launch a phased agitation against him." The JDU leaders have demanded the PM to sack Giriraj Singh from the cabinet. He has warned of continued agitation against the minister if action is not taken.

Dozens of workers, led by former JDU MLC Bhumi Pal Rai, former MLC Rambadan Rai, burnt the effigy of Giriraj Singh and shouted slogans against Giriraj Singh. The JDU leaders said it was not an opposition to the BJP or the NDA. This opposition is only from Union Minister Giriraj Singh. Because he keeps questioning Nitish Kumar time and again and works to divide Hindu-Muslim. The JDU is continuously agitating against them. There is also resentment among BJP workers over the burning of Giriraj Singh's effigy on the JDU. MP representative Amrendra Kumar Amar said that the burning of effigies by JDU leaders is against coalition protest. The leaders who are burning the effigy of Giriraj Singh over their ambitions are not going to get anything. People have given a lot of love to Giriraj Singh. They will continue to raise their voice for the happiness and sorrow of the people of Begusarai.
