Patna: Bihar in-charge of congress, Shakti Singh Gohil said on Sunday that a decision will be taken by the Grand Alliance regarding the face of the CM's post keeping in mind the political gains. Also, if the Lok Janta Party (LJP) wants to join the Grand Alliance, the Congress will consider this with its allies.

He also claimed in the conversation that if Ram Vilas Paswan stays with the BJP in the next assembly election, he will suffer big loss as the central government remained silent after the apex court did not give reservation a fundamental right. It is worth noting that this statement of Gohil is important in the context that due to the statements of Chirag Paswan, there are reports of alleged rift in the NDA these days.

In the last few weeks, Chirag Paswan has criticized Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on several occasions. Recently, LJP's Munger District President Raghavendra Bharti, who has been found to be intact by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), was removed from his post. Gohil, a Rajya Sabha member, has also said that the Congress wants an early decision on seat division between the constituents of the Grand Alliance. In such a situation, it will be interesting to see if Ram Vilas Paswan leaves the NDA and goes with the Congress.
