New Delhi: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi recently made a tweet with which he has once again come into the headlines. In his tweet, he has slammed the BJP for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimate of Bangladesh, in terms of per capita GDP, to overtake India in the near future.

In his tweet, he wrote, "This is a concrete achievement of hate-filled cultural nationalism." Rahul Gandhi shared a graph of IMF estimates and wrote in the tweet, "Solid achievement of 6 years of BJP’s hate-filled cultural nationalism: Bangladesh set to overtake India." The IMF has recently estimated that Bangladesh's per capita gross domestic product (GDP) has risen by 4% in 2020 to reach $ 1,877.

Per capita GDP in India is only $ 1188, which is $ 1,888 more than Bangladesh. Talking about Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, he also targeted the Central Government on Tuesday. During that time, in a tweet, he had alleged that the farmers gave food security to the country, but the Modi government just cheated them. Apart from this, today he shared the video related to his recent visit to Punjab and Haryana and tweeted, "Farmers gave food security to the country and the Modi government only cheated the farmers. But not anymore.” This is not the first time, but for the past several days, Congress leaders have been associated with Punjab and Haryana in protest against the agricultural laws.
