New Delhi: Senior Congress leader and Lok Sabha MP Shashi Tharoor has once again praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that he is a dynamic person. He has done a lot of things that is rarely seen from a political point of view. He also credited PM Modi for the spectacular victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in four states, including Uttar Pradesh, in the Assembly elections.

However, Tharoor also spoke of the Negate V aspect of PM Modi, in which he said that his style of functioning works to divide his country in the name of caste, religion, creed. It's poison to society. Tharoor said it was not his (Modi's) work alone, but his party and family. Tharoor said that in his eyes, only those who say 'Jai Shri Ram' are Hindus. When questions are raised about someone's faith, it is wrong. This is also a matter of concern in the country. Tharoor said on Sunday that the Indian voter has always been surprised and the BJP will also come to know about it one day.

Tharoor's remarks came in the backdrop of the congress' humiliating defeat in the recently concluded assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa, Punjab and Manipur. Tharoor said at the Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) that the Congress could have done well in Uttarakhand and Goa. We had a much better chance of having the single largest party.
