New Delhi: Before the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting, a new ruckus arose in the party. Disgruntled leaders wrote a letter to Sonia Gandhi before the CWC meeting, demanding a radical change and organizational elections at the leadership level in the party. After this, staunch supporters of the Gandhi family opened a front against the disgruntled leaders.

Again 10 days after the CWC meeting, the disgruntled leader and supporters of the Gandhi family appeared on one stage. In this meeting, through video conferencing, the party's strategy for the monsoon session of Parliament was started. In the meeting, the Congress leaders decided to oppose the decision not to allow debate on the Question Hour and other issues in the Parliament session starting on 14 September. For this, the Congress will also talk to other like-minded political parties.

In this meeting, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad, Deputy Leader of Opposition Anand Sharma and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary were present. The parliamentary panel has decided to oppose the government's decision not to allow the Question Hour because of the pandemic, along with like-minded parties. The leaders of the panel discussed the issues that the Congress party is going to raise in Parliament.
