Indore: The Congress is protesting in Madhya Pradesh's Indore city over the ever-increasing inflation. On Saturday, the Congress Seva Dal held a unique performance. Marathon races were held in which many persons participated. The winner was awarded 10 litres of petrol, 5 kg of soya oil and one kg of lemon as prizes.

It is worth mentioning that in the past, the Congress Seva Dal had printed a poster about the unique marathon. It talked about holding a marathon race on April 30. The aim of this race was to express opposition to inflation. The race was held on Saturday morning from Bada Ganapati Crossroads to Rajmohalla Crossroads. More than 50 young people took part in it. There were separate races between men and women. Before the marathon, Deepu Yadav and former Mahila Congress president Archana Jaiswal gave the green signal after which the race began. The finish line of the race was placed on the Bhagat Singh statue. The Congress leaders present on the dais welcomed the participants who were ahead of the race with garlands. Subsequently, Sadashiv Yadav, Devendra Singh Yadav along with Seva Dal President Mukesh Yadav distributed prizes to the winners.

In this race, Ritika Songara got the first prize in the girl's category and was given a coupon of 10 litres of petrol. Garima Thakur, who won the second prize, was given 5 litres of soyabean oil. Ishika Baurasi was given one kg of lemon as an incentive award. Mayank Gaur won 10 litres of petrol as the first prize in the boy's category. Rishi Mahawar was given soyabean oil and Sudhir Pal was given lemon as the third prize. Due to this, Congress leaders said that the state government of the Centre and the BJP is responsible for the price rise. Now, allegations of not reducing VAT are being levelled against each other for fuel inflation. In order to divert the attention of the people from inflation, enmity is being spread by dividing the country and the society. The country is being harmed by individuals fighting each other.
