Policeman Involved in Encounter of Vikas Dubey Tests Positive for Corona

Kanpur: A cop involved in the team that brought Gangster Vikas Dubey from Ujjain to Kanpur has tested positive for Corona virus. He was riding in a car crashed on Bhaunti Highway on Friday morning. Apart from Vikas Dubey, four other policemen were also in it. A soldier found infected was also injured in the accident. In the late night report, fellow four policemen and other people in contact have become at risk of infection due to his corona being found infected.

It is noteworthy that Vikas Dubey, accused of killing eight policemen in Kanpur, had reached Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. He was arrested from the Mahakal temple in Ujjain. A team of UP Police and STF was sent to bring Vikas Dubey back from Ujjain to Kanpur. But on his way to Kanpur from Ujjain for development, UP Police and STF killed him in an encounter when he tried to escape after a vehicle accident.

Actually, STF train Vikas Dubey was coming from Ujjain to Kanpur. Before reaching Kanpur, the car on the highway near Bhaunti village overturned uncontrollably in which Vikas Dubey was riding. After this Vikas tried to escape, then the police shot him dead in an encounter.
